Warner makes several lines of equipment and tools for the painting, decorating, and remodeling industries. These tools are sold worldwide to do-it-yourselfers and professionals who buy the tools in a broad range of retail outlets.

All Warner facilities are located in Minnesota. The manufacturing facility is located in Sacred Heart, MN. Company headquarters and a finished goods warehouse are located in Plymouth, which is a western suburb of Minneapolis.

Warner Manufacturing Company was founded around 1923 by Harry H. Warner. The company began in "H.H.'s" basement and grew to require the facilities identified above. Early products included such things as hog feeders and fireproof documents boxes. The first product manufactured for the decorating field was a wallpaper steamer, which led the company into the design, manufacture and marketing of a broad line of products to serve thousands of customers in that field.

In the course of its growth and development Warner has remained a family-owned enterprise.
